Knife gap cover
prevents pinching or ripping particularly soft foams or non-woven fabrics in the knife gap. Recommended for the processing of particularly soft foams or non-woven materials.
Alignment station
for the precise positioning of the block. Recommended for the automatic feeding of the machine.
Cooling unit
In order to guarantee a safe operation of the machine, the entire interior of the switch cabinet is cooled.
Grinding dust extraction
for extracting the grinding dust during the grinding process.
Motor-driven grinding unit
Optional equipment of the machine with a ground knife in connection with a motor-driven grinding unit.
Adjustable knife guide
to protect the knife in the unused cutting area. It reduces the non-guided knife length for better fixation of the knife, optimizes the cutting quality and enables the maximum cutting speed.
Optical knife-grinding control
for a better surveillance of the knife grinding process and to achieve an optimal cutting appearance.
Waste calculation
Measuring device to calculate the percentage of remaining waste after block trimming by means of the PLC control.
Loading and unloading conveyors
The arrangement of the belts can be in front of and behind the machine. This is to prevent machine downtime. There are various lengths for processing short blocks in automatic mode.
