Our external vacuum unit takes over the fixation of the foam block in newer Bäumer machines. It is positioned next to the table and connected to it via four hoses. A real upgrade, both in terms of efficiency, handling and convenience. Would you like that too? No problem: the vacuum unit can be replaced as a retrofit in many of our old foam cutting machines and is suitable for all application scenarios.
The optional speed control of the blower is carried out via a potentiometer and can be easily and continuously adjusted. On request, we can also supply your vacuum unit with a silencer. And this can do more than just reduce the noise level: it contains a built-in filter system that prevents foam residue from being blown back into the room. Clean, safe, smart!
