No problem: with our machine conversion, you can upgrade your OFS-HE3 contour cutting machine to the technical features of the OFS-Twincut. Without having to buy a new one!
The OFS-Twincut works with a combination of circulating and oscillating knives. It can be used universally, for example in the upholstered furniture industry, for mattress manufacturers or in the packaging and automotive industries. Even technical items with extreme requirements can be cut precisely with the Twincut. It was also designed for processing materials with high densities, such as Basotect®, composite foam or latex.

Upgrade instead of update: From OFS-HE3 to OFS-Twincut
With our machine conversion, you can add an additional application option to your old Bäumer machine: The new CNC-controlled 3-axle machine works with either a circulating or oscillating cutting tool. The intelligent design means that blades can be changed in just a few minutes. The OFS-Twincut guarantees dust-free cutting of any two-dimensional as well as special three-dimensional contour parts.
Cutting speed (depending on material):
with oscillating knife: max. 10 m/min.
with circulating knife: max. 60 m/min.
Machine conversion as a retrofit: Also for your foam cutting machine?
The retrofit is possible for OFS-HE3 machines from 11/1566. OFS-HE3 machines with PNC55 control (year of manufacture 2012-2015) must be checked separately for the possibility of a conversion to a Twincut application. We generally recommend a control unit conversion for these machines. Your machine is not listed? Talk to us!
