You did it! Congratulations on completing your apprenticeship.

Six of our trainees have successfully completed their apprenticeships with the 2025/2026 winter exams – we would like to congratulate them! With great commitment, willingness to learn, and team spirit, they mastered their exams and thus set an important milestone for their professional future. The graduation ceremony took place on January 30, 2026, at the Bäumer Casino.

The completed training program provides technical expertise, practical experience, and the ability to take on responsibility – a solid foundation on which our graduates can build their further development.

At the same time, the training program is a valuable investment in our junior staff and in our training program: the ideas and experiences of the trainees are actively incorporated and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program and make it even more practical.

Some of the graduates will continue their professional careers at our company for the time being, while others are reorienting themselves and pursuing different paths.
