Short block scale

Block scale for the automatic weighing of cut-to-length foam blocks.

Short block scale for blocks up to 3 m in length

This weighing system can be used for weighing short blocks up to 3 meters in length. Due to its accuracy, the system can also be approved for legal-for-trade applications.

Measurement

The weight of the foam block is accurately determined using load cells mounted under the conveyor belt.

Transfer

The weight is stored digitally and can be transferred to printing devices or to ERP systems connected by the purchaser. For legal-for-trade applications, the block weight is stored in a calibration memory.
