In most cases, the separator is installed directly in front of a horizontal contour cutting machine. There, it arranges up to three blocks in exact coordination with the following cutting job.

Precision

The separator contributes to the accurate preparation of the cutting process. For example, it creates a space between two blocks, which is then used by the fully automatic center holder of the OFS-HE3.

Efficiency

The separator can lead to a faster job turnaround. When installed in front of the OFS-Queensize (contour cutting machine with a working width of 3200 mm), it can separate three blocks simultaneously.
