Cutting rigid materials with ideal results

Horizontal splitting machine for a wide range of rigid materials. The horizontal splitting machine BSA splits sheets and block material with high weight and a hardness up to 65 Shore A.

Comfortable operation without an operator

The moving cutting unit cuts the material sheet by sheet (on the table), which then are stacked very accurately and automatically (on pallets).

Accurate cutting results with almost no deviation

Splitting materials within very narrow tolerances due to the stable, welded construction of the machine and the thin knife shape.

High productivity

with a maximal cutting speed of 100 m/min.

Stable material fixation with a strong vacuum (300 mm water column).

Stable material fixation with a strong vacuum (300 mm water column), with optional frequency-controlled vacuum for getting a perfect last sheet with no marks remaining on the table surface.

No longer operator-dependent due to automatic grinding unit with cup wheel grinding disk for knife grinding (optional)

Horizontal splitting machine for a wide range of rigid materials up to a hardness of 65 Shore A. Unique splitting system: The cutting unit moves horizontally and works with 2 height-adjustable working tables. On the first table the material is fed, on the second table the split sheets are de-stacked.
